Philosophy and history
Caring for the environment has always been a priority at Gagliole. Both the vineyards and the winery have been certified organic for many years. This is a natural choice that has developed over time.
A daily commitment that translates into agricultural and cellar practices adapted to respect the ecosystem. The organic certification, obtained both for the vineyards and the winery, is the result of this vision – working in harmony with the land and allowing it to set the pace.

Our vineyards
Our vineyards span 22 hectares of the three most suitable cultivation areas of Chianti Classico: Castellina in Chianti, the Conca d’Oro of Panzano in Chianti, and the historic area of Badia a Passignano.
Different terrains, different exposures, different characters. An abundance that we listen to and value, without standardizing.

The cellar
A dream come true – the new Gagliole cellar opened its doors in the heart of the Conca d’Oro of Panzano in Chianti, with the 2019 harvest, the result of a vision cultivated over several years. A space created to accommodate wine unobtrusively, where architecture, design, and functionality blend to enhance production and hospitality.
